Wave Cyber Security is led by three people with backgrounds in finance, cybersecurity and software.

Lucina Mulombwa

Managing Director

Lucina has more than 30 years of experience in banking and finance. She founded and owns Cultun and Odyssey Suppliers, among other businesses.

Her focus is operational discipline and keeping the board's expectations in line with long-term growth plans.

Wesley Mulombwa

Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

Wesley has more than five years of experience in cybersecurity and infrastructure. As CISO he works to build security into the company's processes and products, and is responsible for compliance, risk and threat management.

Chitalu Gideon Changwe

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Gideon has more than five years of experience in software and project management. As CTO he leads the company's technology work, with a focus on programming, particularly in Elixir, and agile delivery.

He is also Lead Technology Officer at Afrocentec, where he works on technology for financial markets.
